Has anyone download this yet? I did and Boinc will NOT install, it seems I don't have permission to create a group even though I am an Admin on the pc. Fortunately I am trying to 32 bit version first and it let me upgrade a Win7 installation and I found the Boinc stuff and ran the Boinc Manager and I am now up and running.
