seems there might be a problem some where have the prefs set for [contact about] .1 and [Additional work buffer].25 but I am constantly getting large amounts of work units and have to abort some so others can get done in a timely fashion.

Please tell me how to fix if on my end or fix it if it is on your end

Which prefs do you have at 0.1 and 0.25?
