It works also successfull with NetBSD. With OpenBSD I have some troubles, but I am working on this. - The howto was updated...

I've successfull tested the Malariacontrol Linux application with the Linux Compat on OpenBSD. The updated howto is available on my homepage at http://www.dotsch.de/boinc/BSD_Linux-Compat_howto.html
