If a unit is due within the next 3 days it is automatically switched to high priority. If it is due within the next 2 days it switches to very high priority. This is normal and should be messed with. Over time Boinc is designed to deal with this thru the LTD or Long term Debt settings. That means that if Malaria is taking all the time it will get less work in the future while other projects get more work.
Sorry but my French is MUCH MUCH worse than your English. 1 year of French in high school, 35 years ago, means not much is retained!
