It seems to report OK.
Any idea what's going on?

Based on the stderr output for host id 110903 BOINC can't load the application. It's probably a directory or file permission problem.

Edit: That system is getting the same error on Rosetta but seems to have no problems with SETI.

You could try upgrading to 6.2.19 from here, which has a number of fixes for Vista. The client you're using (5.10.45) wasn't designed for Vista and some of the features that Microsoft introduced caused problems.

Also do you have it set to leave applications in memory when swapping between projects? "Your Account, Computing Preferences, Leave applications in memory while suspended?" If not set this to yes and see if the errors go away.
