WUs are short (on average computer take only few hours), and 78 hours deadline is enough if your computers are turned off for weekends

I hate to say this but if you cut back on your total number of projects, per pc, you will be able to finish them on time with no problem. That is why some of us became 'gardeners', 'farmers' and 'ranchers'. The different terms correlate with how many pc's we have. I am into the 'rancher' stage with over 15 active pc's.

I'am sorry but I quit.
I have stoped all WUs so I do not waste cpu time for a project that I can't get finished. The computers are tured off for weekend.

The wu's are short because the Scientists actually use the data we return to manage the field usage of the Malaria drugs in very short order. We crunch, they analyze and the drugs usage is changed accordingly. Most projects have a longer time lag between the crunching and the field applications, this one is fairly short, so the shorter time to to return the units. Anyway your contributions are appreciated and I hope you can find a project that meets your needs. Here is a list of Distributed Computing Projects, the Boinc ones are labeled:
